Reporting to the Entertainment Experience Manager, you will be assisting with the planning and delivery of quality events, entertainment services, and patient experience initiatives designed to support patients, families, and staff at the Queensland Children’s Hospital.

It will be a busy role that will focus on:

  • Support with event planning, service delivery, and team administrative tasks.
  • Assisting with the day to day delivery of entertainment services, including daily supervision of the Kidzone playroom.
  • Supporting stakeholder management by way of email inbox management and relevant communication journeys.
  • Facilitating data entry and regular audits of entertainment interactions, stock, and resources.

Reporting to the Head of Development the Senior Manager – Strategic Partnerships is responsible for securing long term, high value partnerships who align with our mission and effectively managing the transition of new partners to the Partnerships Team.

Additionally, it will be a busy role that will focus on:

  • Leading and managing the corporate acquisition team to deliver on income targets in line with the strategy of the Foundation.
  • Working with the Head of Development to develop, implement, and review corporate acquisition plans, in accordance with the appropriate frameworks.
  • Developing, implementing, and embedding an acquisition process and managing overall ROI in the business development of new partnerships.
  • Ensuring each account is appropriately handed over to the identified partnership manager as part of an agreed and documented hand over plan that ensures continuity for the partner.
  • Developing and deliver specific proposals and presentations for new prospects that are in keeping with the Foundation’s organisational priorities and capacity to deliver.
  • Responsibility for the budget and re-forecasting process in line with the organisational strategy and planning process.
