Current VacanciesSenior Project Manager Click here to view the position description Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for enabling and supporting the development and delivery of cross-organisational projects for the Foundation. As the Senior Project Manager, you will be managing a range of projects from the planning stage through to implementation and the transition to BAU. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, tracking, and reporting requirements along with designs of business processes. You will work with a range of stakeholders both internally and externally in delivering each project which will require you to develop and maintain collaborative working relations. You will have the ability to take on any project whether it is a business process improvement or large-scale redesign. Additionally, it will be a busy role that will focus on: Developing a simple project framework and required documentation to create consistency, continuity and efficiencies for project management Working closely with the Executive Management Team, CFO and project leads, assist with the scoping, business case preparation, planning, and set-up of prioritised projects Working with system leads to prepare and maintain user manuals and how to guides Establish and administer workshops and Steering Committee meetings (for appropriate projects), capturing meeting actions and circulating/following up actions Assisting with the project management to deliver to project outcomes, timing and budgets. Reporting to the Entertainment Services Manager you will supervise Kidzone Playroom, Entertainment Services and volunteers, and ensure programs and activities are delivered effectively. What will you be doing? It will be a busy, varied role that will focus on: Supervision, organisation, and coordination of entertainment services and volunteers to deliver enjoyable entertainment and activities throughout Kidzone Playroom, Inpatient Wards, and Outpatient Clinics Supporting patients and families who engage with our entertainment services, including the opportunity to be a big kid yourself and enjoy a game or two with patients and their siblings Supervision of volunteers by monitoring and responding to their needs and performance and fostering a positive and rewarding work environment Planning and coordination of resources and programs to deliver age-appropriate activities within Kidzone Playroom Completion of daily administration tasks which includes but is not limited to checking of emails, calendars, voicemail, daily communications folder, and statistics collection Please click here to apply.
