We are a passionate team connecting many voices, a unifying force here for the health and wellbeing of every kid in Queensland.

We act with intent and embrace new ways of thinking and doing. We are always looking for emerging avenues, ideas and opportunities, never forgetting the values of trust, rigour and transparency that we are founded on.

Working in this way allows us to stay connected and ambitious. Driven to meet the changing needs and demands of the landscape we work in and the kids we’re here for.

We are here to be the difference every kid deserves.

Current Opportunities

It is an exciting time to join the Children’s Hospital Foundation as we embark on a period of transformation to achieve our ambitious five-year strategy. We aren’t just evolving – we are revolutionising how we make a difference to sick kids across Queensland.

We are currently recruiting for a Donor Care & Office Administrator.

Working closely with the Donor Care Team Leader and the Campaigns and Individual Giving Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service when engaging with our supporters.
  • Ensuring accurate, timely and professional allocation of donations within the CRM, and providing a superior level of donor care support for the Foundation.
  • Providing reception, office administration and general IT support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the office and facilities.

This is a permanent full-time role and is based at our corporate offices in South Brisbane. Applications close COB Tuesday 26 March 2024. Apply here to be the difference every kid deserves.

We embrace diversity, celebrate our differences, and inspire each person to be their authentic self at work.  As we strive to represent the communities we serve, we welcome and actively encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, culturally and linguistically diverse people, people living with a disability, the LGBTQI community, people with neurological differences, mature age workers, as well as parents and carers returning to the workforce.
