Nick Van Dyke

Director of Mission Related Services

Since beginning his journey with the Children’s Hospital Foundation in 2002, Nick has contributed in a number of roles. The Wonder Factory became an icon of the Royal Children’s Hospital under Nick’s management.

Currently, Nick and his team are responsible for the provision and management of all patient and family support services, hospital events and entertainment, volunteer services and all research and grants activity. The Foundations mission related services directly impact the well-being of children and their families and aim to improve the hospital journey for the many thousands of sick and injured kids admitted to the hospital each year.

Nick and his team are in charge of recruiting volunteers and providing them with the necessary tools and skills to perform their work and find it a positive and worthwhile experience. His passion and enthusiasm for the outcomes of the Foundation’s programs and services continue to grow, as he prepares to take the support offered in the Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital to even more meaningful levels.
